Most people are happy with the product, but many had problems with the installation and customer care. Not sure if their customer care is better now.

It looks good than any other purifier from kent. No filters/uv lamp/motor exposed to the outside.Beautiful design
It can be used by mounting on the wall or placing it on the kitchen platform
The storage tank is detachable,can be cleaned easily whenever necessary
2.Pure water
Pearl has UF+RO+UV+TDS
The water is purified perfectly without losing essential minerals
The water tastes good
3.Other Features
Auto flushing system keeps the filters clean by frequently removing the sediment off them
Body made of unbreakable food-grade pastic
Automatic operation
Cons:
1.Detachable storage tank
As the tank was meant to be detachable,the cockroaches can pass through the small creeks betwwen the body and tank and may fall in water.
This is never a problem for me as we dont have any cockroaches in our home.
2.Water leakage
the whole purifier has many connecting pipes between filters,uv lamp,motor,so there can be a leak any where from these connections if the valves fail.this applies to all the purifiers not special for Pearl
but the service is good compared to eureka forbes,they replaced the valve within 6hrs after complaining
3.Time based filter change alaram
the Manufacturer adjusts the timer for 9 months approximately.so it doesnt indicate whether the filters are worn out or not.we have to change the filter by observing the water taste without waiting for the alarams to go off
Bottom line:
If you need a water purifier, buy it without any hesitation.
