Earth has had some flags designed for it by different people. Here are a few :
In 2015, Oskar Pernedeldt has proposed a design for the International Flag for the World to be used to represent Earth. This will be the flag which we will carry to the Universal Space Summit at Alpha Centauri to show the aliens.

It is supposed to be used even earlier when we colonize Mars in the year 2025. We could probably send it up there with the Mars One volunteers.
What does it represent ?
That is what the website of the flag says.
Blue is of course, the water. Almost two thirds of the World is covered by water.
But actually, I have seen the symbol earlier.
It looks like "The Seed of Life" or "The Flower of Life" by (probably) Bernard Perona. Bernard Perona adopted the name Drunvalo Melchizedek after studying at the “Alpha and Omega Order of Melchizedek” in Vancouver, Canada.
So that is probably a better representation of what the flag means rather than what the website of the flag says.
Other people had also designed flags for the Earth.
One popular design was posted on reddit by /u/thefrek 2 years ago. And quite a lot of people liked and used it.
It is a representation of our place in the solar system. Here it is :

What does it represent ?
Centered in the flag, seven rings form a flower – a symbol of the life on Earth. The rings are linked to each other, which represents how everything on our planet, directly or indirectly, are linked. The blue field represents water which is essential for life – also as the oceans cover most of our planet's surface. The flower's outer rings form a circle which could be seen as a symbol of Earth as a planet and the blue surface could represent the universe.
