GRE Program has published the entire pool of essay topics for you to be prepared

GRE essay topics complete list available free
This page contains the Issue topics for the Analytical Writing section of the GRE® revised General Test. When you take the test, you will be presented with one Issue topic from this pool.
Each Issue topic consists of an issue statement or statements followed by specific task instructions that tell you how to respond to the issue. The wording of some topics in the test might vary slightly from what is presented here. Also, because there may be multiple versions of some topics with similar or identical wording but with different task instructions, it is very important to read your test topic and its specific task directions carefully and respond to the wording as it appears in the actual test.

Some GRE essay tips :

The topics are there so that you don't get stuck on the meaning of something there.

The topics themselves are not important. It is your ability to make a CLEAR and LOGICAL argument that matters. The 2 essays are scored on your ability to make logical arguments..

You can score very well on the writing portion with essays that you would not consider to be good. Focus on making clear (and often times basic) arguments. Make sure your spelling and grammar are sound, and make your point very obvious. There should not be multiple interpretation for the person reading your essay. No confusion !

Most top scorers don't even remember the topics, but it's much more important to be able to construct valid, coherent arguments than anything else. Obviously, style, drawing on outside examples, etc. can help, but really it's called "analytical" for a reason. It's designed to see how well you can effectively communicate your thoughts (and the quality of those thoughts).

The people scoring the essay portion want to see how well you can build and reason through your argument. To add some extra shine, mention a counterargument to what you've proposed, then spend a paragraph or so dismantling it. They like that kind of stuff!

The reason that practicing with real prompts is a good idea is not because it gives you some sort of advantage when it comes to knowledge of the questions. The reason it's a good idea to practice with real prompts is to practice your skills building logical arguments based on GRE-type prompts.
Also, whoever said that a lot of programs don't care about the essay is correct ! Make a phone call before you start preparing for the GRE so that you only end up preparing for the parts that your program cares about.

So, here are all the essay prompts :

Advanced Color Vision test - Do Farnsworth Munsell 100 hue test online

Colorblindess is usually checked in most settings by the Ishihara chart -  a book containing 32 to 38 test plates with colored dots arranged in the shape of a number in a circle.

If you are not colorblind, you shoud see 29

Take an online Ishihara test here :
Ishihara test is designed to diagnose only Protanopia and Deuteranopia - 2 types of Red-Green Color Blindness. It can also pick up Protanomaly and Deuteranomaly - partial color blindess of the red-green variety.

Ishihara's test cannot detect Tritanopia(Blue-Yellow color blindness) and other forms of colour blindness. It also doesn't give any quantification of the defect.

These online tests may also not be very accurate, but they can atleast be used for screening for color blindness.

Sometimes, we need to use another test to quantify the degree of color blindness. There are several tests for this. But the most common one reproduced online is the Farnworth-Munsel 100 hue test. Or the shorter 15-hue test.

Here you are supposed to arrange coloured blocks in the order of color. Once that is done, the software calculates a score based on the position you arranged the blocks in.

A score less than 70 suggests color blindness. This test also gives the result in a spectrum across all the colors so that we can diagnose all the variations of color blindness like tritanopia. It also gives a quantitative value on the degree of colorblindness.

A real world Farnworth-Munsel 100 hue test

A shorter version is the D-15 or 15 hue test.
Here is a Farnworth Munsell 15-color arrangement test online. It is fast and easy but doesn't give much information.

Here are some longer 100 hue Farnswoth-Munsell tests

This site gives a bunch of color tests based on Silverlight(Microsoft's answer to Flash). It is available for Windows phones too. Use it in case you have Silverlight installed already. They have a separate test for tritanopes.

Previously, it was thought that there is no cure for colorblindness except gene therapy.
Recently, there have been special glasses like EnChroma and Oxy-Iso which help to overcome the color blindness. Read about their comparison here.
